Sealers
Thin or penetrating sealers are used where minimal protection is required. A variety of penetrating sealers can be used for the following purposes: strengthening of freshly poured concrete surfaces, waterproofing, damp proofing, or conditioning concrete surfaces for painting.

Floors in industrial plants are protected using epoxy, polyurethane concrete, and other aggregate filled flooring systems. Due to their aggregate component most industrial flooring systems are trowel applied, slurry applications, or a broadcast system. In addition to the aggregate contained in the mixed product, the freshly installed flooring surface can be seeded with sand for slip resistance.
